“Then I said, ‘Ah, Lord God!  Behold, I do not know how to speak, for I am only a youth.’ But the Lord said to me ‘Do not say, ‘I am only a youth’; for to all to whom I send you, you shall go, and whatever I command you, you shall speak. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you to deliver you, declares the Lord.’ Then the Lord put out his hand and touched my mouth. And the Lord said to me, ‘Behold I have put words in your mouth.”

Jeremiah 1:6-9

What a year of exciting changes and new possibilities. Growing up in this valley and attending this church I feel particularly connected to the tradition of growing fruit. My family has been in orcharding all of my life and I know how much growth occurs within the trees even with snow on the ground and cold air all around. I think that often our Christian lives are much the same. We can’t always see the growth on the outside but come spring we’ll be bursting with new life and energy! Fortunately we don’t have to wait for spring for exciting things to happen. Many things are happening in the church RIGHT NOW! Since joining the staff in the summer of 2005, I have committed myself to the spiritual education of our children and youth as well as,

implementing fun extra curricular activities such as small groups for the middle school and high school youth. I believe that the Lord is using these activities to bring his students into a deeper relationship with him while bringing glory to his name! My joy is found in the moments I spend with the youth. I am passionately in love with my Savior Jesus Christ and am undeniably enthralled with serving him with all my heart and soul!

I am an outgoing gal, who along with my dog (my 3 year old, yellow lab), Princess Josephine Charlotte or “P.J.”, I love to camp, boat, water ski and snow ski as well as spend time with the family. You may just see me on my days off in Chelan at my Grandparent’s cabin or throwing the ball for P.J. at a local park.

My exciting new adventure is as the wife of the most amazing man ever...Ernie Reynolds!  Ernie has 2 dogs, Suzie Q & Stallion so we are now a 3 dog family!  Marriage is a great and exciting expedition we are thrilled to take together!

Some highlights of the year 2008-2009 were taking a delegation of youth to the Creation Music Festival, to Silverwood for the weekend, the Mexico Mission Trip, and Vacation Bible School!

Time flies by and it doesn’t seem like that long ago I earned my B.A. at my alma mater Whitworth University (Spokane, WA) in 2003 in History with my secondary education endorsements in History and Social Studies and a minor in Spanish. I am so thankful that Christ has led me to use my education here at Saddlerock EPC in Wenatchee!

The congregation here is an amazing source of encouragement and support! I always love to connect with anyone who has a question, suggestion or just a moment for a friendly chat. So please, call me or stop on by my office! Hope to see you soon!
